Topic Description

Women’s health is about so much more than biology – it’s an ongoing journey shaped by physical, mental, emotional, and social experiences across every stage of life. Yet, in many workplaces, these conversations remain shrouded in silence. This session is about breaking that silence. This is a conversation for everyone.

This session will explore the real and complex challenges that women face in looking after their health – especially in environments where support isn’t always visible or accessible. From mental wellbeing to hormonal health, from stigma to structural barriers, we’ll shine a light on the untold experiences that shape women’s lives at work.
