Topic Description

Mental health and wellbeing are critical issues facing individuals and organisation s worldwide. Poor mental health can lead to reduced productivity, increased absenteeism, and a negative impact on overall well-being. Creating a culture of wellbeing in the workplace can not only improve employee mental health but also promote job satisfaction, productivity, and overall organisational success. In this talk, we will explore the role of a Wellbeing Champion and the importance of promoting mental health and wellness in the workplace. This talk is designed to be delivered in 2 hours.
