Topic Description
Mental health issues can have a significant impact on employee well-being and workplace productivity. However, many employees may be reluctant to seek help or may not recognize the signs of mental health problems. Identifying and supporting employees in crisis can not only improve their mental health but also create a culture of compassion and support in the workplace. This talk is specifically aimed at giving HR Professionals or Line Managers the tools that they may need to recognise Mental Health Crises at work.
