Topic Description
The workplace landscape has dramatically shifted, with increasing stress, uncertainty, and mental health challenges affecting employees at all levels. Anxiety, depression, and burnout have surged, leading to increased absenteeism and decreased productivity. Now more than ever, organizations must proactively address employee mental health and well-being to foster a supportive and resilient workforce.
This Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Learning Journey is designed for leaders, HR professionals, wellbeing ambassadors/champions, informal leaders, and employees, individuals who play a key role in recognizing, responding to, and supporting mental health challenges in the workplace. Whether in a formal leadership role or as a trusted colleague, participants will gain the confidence, skills, and tools necessary to support employees in distress while maintaining clear role boundaries and prioritizing their own well-being.
Through a structured six-phase learning journey, this program balances self-insight, practical skill-building, and applied learning, ensuring that every participant, regardless of their role, has the necessary competencies to promote mental health, de-escalate crises, and direct individuals to appropriate support services.
