Topic Description
Men’s health encompasses a range of physical, mental, and social factors that impact men throughout their lives. In this talk, we will explore the unique challenges faced by men and discuss strategies for achieving optimal wellbeing. Drawing on the latest research in men’s health and psychology, we will discuss the factors that impact men’s health, including cardiovascular disease, prostate cancer, and mental health concerns such as depression and suicide. We will also explore the impact of societal factors on men’s health, including gender-based expectations and barriers to healthcare access.

Delivered by behaviourally focused facilitators and not by medical experts as the focus is on psychological and behavioural elements impacting health management.
