Topic Description
Healthy eating, part of our Pillars of Wellbeing Talk, is one of the pillars on which wellbeing rests upon. Healthy eating is a critical component of overall wellbeing, providing the nutrients and energy needed for optimal physical and mental health. In this talk, we will explore the importance of healthy eating and provide practical strategies for incorporating healthy foods into daily life. This talk is designed to look at eating from a psychosocial standpoint and offer participants an opportunity to think differently about food.
