Topic Description

Healthy movement, part of our Pillars of Wellbeing Talk, is one of the pillars on which wellbeing rests upon. Healthy movement is a critical component of overall wellbeing, providing numerous physical and mental health benefits. In this talk, we will explore the importance of healthy movement and provide practical strategies for incorporating physical activity into daily life. This talk is designed to look at movement and the impact it has on our general wellbeing.
