Topic Description

Future-readiness isn’t just a buzzword – it’s the defining characteristic of workforces built to last. It entails our ability to continuously adapt, rejuvenate and reconsider our understandings of the world, of what is possible, what is valued, and sometimes even what will be expected of us.

In today’s rapidly changing world, with technological, environmental and societal advancements and risks, it is important to acknowledge the impact these major changes have on industries and, in turn, us as individuals.

In this training session we look at how these changes impact our mental health, and how we approach the big changes and skills challenges of our times and those to come, with attitudes and skills that make us more resilient.
