Topic Description
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. It involves being aware of and able to regulate one’s own emotional state, as well as being able to empathize with and respond to the emotional states of others. This program is designed to help individuals develop their emotional intelligence skills, which are increasingly recognized as essential for success in personal and professional relationships. The program is based on Goleman’s model, which includes four key components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
