In today’s evolving workplace, mental health is a critical factor in employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity. With rising stress, burnout, and mental health challenges, organizations must empower employees with the right knowledge and skills to provide meaningful support.
This interactive e-learning journey is designed for leaders, HR professionals, Wellbeing Ambassadors/ Champions, informal leaders, and employees who play a role in recognizing, responding to, and supporting mental health challenges in the workplace. The course delivers engaging, scenario-based learning through a combination of videos, multiple-choice questions, interactive exercises, and real-world case studies, allowing participants to build confidence in mental health first aid (MHFA) skills.
Unlike a structured phase-based approach, this e-learning experience allows participants to progress at their own pace, testing their understanding through realistic workplace scenarios while ensuring knowledge retention through interactive assessments. The journey culminates in a final assessment to evaluate comprehension, followed by a facilitator check-in, a dedicated session where learners can ask questions, clarify concepts, and deepen their learning through discussion and practical application.
